China’s humanoid robot poster child has landed on the public markets with a valuation to match the hype.

Unitree Robotics made a spectacular debut on Shanghai’s STAR Market on Wednesday, soaring 629% and raising 6.1 billion yuan ($905 million), making the Chinese robot-maker the best-performing new listing at the open on China’s A-share market this year.
